The special assessment process has been a bit of a learning curve for all four of your board members. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through the many legal steps required of the process, as guided by our legal support.
One more special meeting to discuss and finalize the figures for the special assessment will take place this Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the clubhouse and via zoom (instructions below). The agenda is attached for your review.
